    Owner/Founder

    Ed Fulcher’s fifty-year real estate career has touched all types of investment real estate. In the 1970s and 80s, his focus was office property management and investment property brokerage. Since that time, it has been on commercial and multifamily development.

    In 2011 he began working with his daughter Mary Fulcher and The Parkes Companies to purchase the 1941 Art Moderne Melrose Movie Theater. This mixed-use development contains 28,000 feet of retail and 220 apartments and has won eight local, national and international awards for “Historic Adaptive Re-use.” An additional 139 units and 8,800 square feet of fully leased retail was added in 2018.

    Mary Fulcher is a partner in the Real Estate firm Fulcher Investment Properties, Inc. Mrs. Fulcher owns, develops and manages commercial real estate assets in Nashville, Tennessee and throughout the Southeast, specializing in multifamily housing. Having a degree from Belmont University in History, Fulcher takes a keen interest in adaptive reuse projects in addition to typical urban and suburban development.
